How it works: Our customers send us the questionnaire for an online survey. We program the online questionnaire with ConfirmIT®: a professional software for online data collection. We use a number of products in order to obtain a better design: Flash & Graphic Design, Custom ASP / PHP development, .NET / Java programming Before final release, the survey is presented to our customers for checking and sign-off. We supply the target group and survey participants are invited via email. Optionally reminder mails are sent out and if necessary, more participants are recruited. Our customers have access to their own report platform during the entire field phase of the project where they can view progress and real-time results, as well as real-time custom crosstabs. At the end of fieldwork, our customers receive a data file of their results. The team of JTN Research ensures that all data has been checked and error-free, and the end client is only receiving valid, completed interviews from all respondents within the target group. Optionally we can produce charts and reports for our customers and assist with data analysis.
